This project is a 1960’s modern building with multiple two story units. The cars are parked right in front, all the way out to the sidewalk. This is was a period where there were not rules about the parking.
There is another larger unit also built in the 1960’s on a sloped lot. It has a wraparound unit, with garages parked underneath. It has three stories, so it feels very different than the individual houses next door.
