In the 1960’s there is a building called “Sam Jin Roofing Supply”, right next to the BART line.
Then right around the corner is a brand new 2021 five story residential building just opening. I will guarantee you that this is affordable housing, because other areas are run down. But this one is brand new, has great variety of colors and styles, and is a real beauty.
