Fifteen Areas
This is a summary of the 15 areas we discussed, shown from the beginning of 1860 to the current era of 2020. It has changed so dramatically over the years. Each era has a new direction, and consequently the buildings have changed. They range from single family up to high-rises in one area. Currently the state has passed a recent law that governs all the single family lots, and says that one unit can become two units at the owner’s discretion. It could change or not change; we will see. In the meantime, look at this on-line or go visit it in person. It has such an incredible variety of buildings in each block.
