This is an area of much older buildings that have not been torn down. It is an area that people were not interested earlier, but now they are double or triple prices over the last five years, and it is turning people’s head around.
First are the older mansions throughout the area, from 1860 through 1890. This is an enormous building that was full of very rich people, and many poor people who work to take care of them. This is designated as a historic landmark, along with others right around it. They once were owned by a super wealthy owner, and is now designated as four separate units, still as beautiful as ever.
