This is one of the oldest historic buildings in Area 10, below Foothill Boulevard. It was built between 1883-1884, and designated as a National Register of Historic Places in 1975. This is one of the best maintained historic buildings, with the very tall ground floor, the tall second floor, and the third floor for ladies and the lookout from the top cupola. It has an enormous yard on all sides, and the back goes right into the Sausal Creek. House tours can be made by appointment.
