The units from the 1920’s have single family homes, with a garage that is added much later. They are well taken care of. One of the units has a complete wrap-around front porch, while the other one is a unit with the first floor pushing outward. One of the units has one story, while the other one on the right has allowed a piece of the unit to be at the lower floor. Both units have pieces that stick out from the top floor with moldings and other features that make it unique and timely. These will grow in prices over time.
The next 1920’s – 1930’s single family units show a moderate income house, with similar lots built by different owners. The units do have a single unit garage, though they do not use them. They have a variety of colors that make them visible, along with tiled roofs.
