Next is a two to three story building with 15 units, built on a larger lot in the late 1930’s. It still has the vertical historic windows, but not nearly the height of the Victorian type. It is on a major street with a deeper lot.
And we can never forget the modern 1960’s or 1970’s buildings with the entire three-car parking lot occupying the total front, and a two-story multi-unit house in the back.
