On this example there is one very old from the 1920’s and one built in the 1960’s.  These again are very close to the freeway, so neither one is fixed up.  The older building has locks all over the windows and is surrounded by six feet tall fences.  It holds at least two units, due to the garage stairway across the top. The other one has two stories above a unit of garages, all facing the street. The units have cheap windows and there are bars on the second floor.

This is a two story 1920 home with a beautiful two-story wrap around porch, side columns, and sliding roof top units at separate levels. It is very well fixed up.  It has four different units though, so one large unit was divided into four small units.
