This is an area of much older buildings which many of have not been torn down. It is an area that people were not interested earlier, but now the they are double or triple prices over the last five years, and it is turning people’s head around.
The variety of older buildings have unique one and two stories that are still here and are quite amazing. There are also unique large homes built in 1890-1913, one to four units, that have an incredible variety of large front yards, long windows, and complex doors.
In-between the single family homes are suddenly a bigger building, with eight garages on the ground floor, and beautiful two stories above with 1930’s ownership buildings.
The 1960’s and 1970’s have much larger apartments, two to three stories, but they can never be as beautiful as the older units.
