Area 8 is right up along the MacArthur Boulevard/I 580 and Park Boulevard over to 14th Avenue.
Some of the oldest streets have a group of small Victorian single family homes; some are fixed up and the others will be soon. On the next page that have incredibly large homes set back from the street. They will definitely make you want to buy it, if you can afford it.
The huge campus is Alameda County Medical Center, built in 1924 and still operating today. But it now has so many buildings that is more of old and new buildings jumbled together.
