These areas have smaller single family homes up to large 3-4 story apartment buildings. These are below Foothill Blvd, down to International Street.
One of the earliest buildings is built 1883-1884, and is a National Register of Historic Places. It is beyond beautiful and is incredibly well maintained. Many people do not even know it’s there. There is also another historic building built in 1880, four units now with incredible detail.
There are single family homes built 1913 – 1936, with the most incredible street trees, again one you would never even know since it is two blocks long. There are also 1960’s buildings, more commercial than residential, along International Blvd and below.
