Area 15 has a lovely entrance off of the MacArthur Freeway, with beautiful 1890’s homes across from a school built in the 1970’s. As you wind down further you will see some houses wonderfully fixed up, with others that will sooner or later be renovated.
As you cross from Sheffield to 25th Avenue, you can see the large Central Dam that takes up a full quarter the area. There is also a Central Reservoir Recreation area that serves as a park.
Once you jog to the left you come to 1930’s single family homes that are exceptionally unique built in the Tudor Style homes, both one and two story. There are also nice 1940’s homes two streets to the right.
