Area 14, called the “Tuxedo” area, has so many different homes. In 1913 to 1936 there are lovely one-story single family homes, and around the corner there are three story beautiful condominium apartments.
There are also two story family homes from the 1930’s, next to three stories from the same time on the wider 14th Avenue.
