Here is a 1930’s building that has four units at two stories. It definitely has the traditional pieces that protrude out two feet for each window area; and has three vertical windows all together. However it is clearly a rental unit. Moreover there are garages parked everywhere on the streets of this corner lot, because none were originally provided. It distracts from the overall quality of the unit.

Next is a 1940’s industrial building on the side street of International Boulevard. It is also not well taken care of, and has a great deal of graffiti. However it is still used on the inside.
