Next there are a total of three units, built in the 1920’s to 1930’s.  There are no parked cars with these units. One unit in the middle is fixed up, while the one on the left is rather deteriorated and the one on the right is all right, but needs fixing up on the top story. 

Along 15th Street you will see bigger units with retail on the ground floor and a residential story  Victorian moldings that cover everything, with the tall scale on the ground floor, and two stories above that.  If this were to be transformed it would be an incredible early 1900’s building. It is also a landmark, so you cannot tear down.
