This area has been built in the late 1930’s as a three story, but then has been remodeled in the last ten years. It does not look nearly as good as the original, but it has new windows, new roofs, and many other improvements.
Here is one other building on International Boulevard. It has a 1940’s supermarket downstairs, and a residential upstairs, although both are currently empty.
