This is a single unit from the Bungalow era, that is well fixed up. It has the typical front porch, the side unit sticking out, several greens and whites that work well together, and a higher level to fit it on the taller front. On the right side, a person added a garage up front, later in time.

As you come into the 1930’s you see a unique group of eight units with rows of garages at the front of the yard.  However it is an owner-occupied unit of three total stories, and the roofs have tiled units at every one of the floors. The windows all have two or three story pieces, with the insides still showing the many pieces of details. It has 30 feet between the two sections of units, with deep trees filling the space, so it looks like an incredibly nice area.
