After the Victorian Architecture there are two classic 1920’s buildings on small lots, along an entire row of similar buildings. They are both smaller one story with a front porch, but very well maintained. They also have huge street trees which enhance the area tremendously. These will also go up in value.

Right off the main street are two four-unit buildings in the late 1930’s or 1940’s, next to each other. They each have a separate owner, given the type of windows, but it looks like they were built by one builder initially.
