And on Foothill Boulevard there is a modern three story apartment building, built in the 1960’s. It is a building with the streets facing in the front yard, and two downstairs garages which may or may not be used now. It has an ugly fence to give access to all three floors. It must be way cheaper than all the other units in these neighborhoods.
