This is a building built in the later 1930’s that is a much larger single family home. It has two stories. On the downstairs the windows have been replaced with three groups of single units, but the second story windows are built in groups of three, each with another group of three inside. There is a lovely porch at the entry. There are three different types of facades that still remain. The garages are separate on the side of the building.
In the 1920’s or 1930’s you can see a three story building with four units on a busier street. The upper two stories have beautiful older style windows, with each single window broken up into three different size areas. There is a later addition added on at the base story that goes to the street side, much newer and less desirable.
