This area is dominated by the Central Reservoir Park, built in 1910. However there are other older homes. The first one is large, fixed up, and has so many details you know it is a Victorian before 1890.
The other one is the same era before 1890, but it is somewhat decrepit. Up on the top woodwork you see all different types of variety, not painted well. However as you go down you see the wood is pealing, the garage door is added and not even usable, and there are several units. This looks like a rental unit compared to the other one.
